It has okay customization options so you can remove some unused buttons, but that was the only improvement. > > **Cons**: I honestly dread hearing that we are taking on a new client that uses SAP. Sure, SAP can be a powerful tool and has a lot of features, but it is too overwhelming. You need a weeklong course to just understand the basics of this program. Every function (and there are SO MANY) is not clearly labeled, instead using some alpha-numeric code (VL02, MIGO, etc), or a title that doesn't really match what it is you are trying to do. I've never used a program that takes so many button clicks to accomplish simple tasks like printing a Bill of Lading. The UI is extremely outdated. > > The overall experience is not great.
