This person will be based in the UK and will be very familiar with any issues you may jave or question and will resolve them quickly. I found myself thinking wow a great company....... > > **Cons**: However once you are set up and locked into a contract, this excellent customer experience dissappears that enticed you in. You will call to resolve any issues and you will be put through to a service representative that will not be in the UK and will have very limited knowledge of how to fix your issue, except for reading text on the screen in front of them. Dont believe me try for yourself. Call Epos Now and select the option for New Account or Sales...you will be put through to the UK and avail of the bells and whistles and helpfulness.
