> **Cons**: The intial set up and customisations were very complex abd alsoonfiguring it to match specific business processes can be time-consuming and sometimes requires a steep learning curve.

> I was in marketing team but we were using the Sales cloud data to generate reports on MQLs and SQLs, overall it was ok, importing and exporting data was not tough but somethings got tricky due GDPR at that time like 4-5 year back.
